Concern / Complaints Procedure

Our aim is to provide swift redress, which answers all of a Students/Parents concerns and allows both parties to continue with satisfactory resolution.

There are three stages to our Complaints Procedure which is be followed sequentially:
  1. Instructor Stage – Contact the Main Instructor of your class either before or after the class, or by telephone: 07814 241 543
  2. Senior Instructor Stage – Contact the Senior Instructor for the Club directly (Mobile: 07890 168 488 or Email: sd_tkd@yahoo.co.uk). He will discuss the matter/events with you, aiming for arbitration. If this fails, or you are unsatisfied with the redress, then this passes to the committee Stage.
