Our Instructors
are organised into a Club Committee, which is responsible
for the Decisions and general Steering of the Club.
Our Students are organised into Classes (depending upon
Geographical Location) which form our Club.
- Encouraging good Standards in TaeKwon-Do
- Helping Students to achieve their goals
- Promoting TaeKwon-Doand physical health
- We expect the Students to:
- Train & Grade regularly as instructed
- Inform us of holidays, absences or illness
- Be proud of their Club, their Instructors and
their fellow Students
- Actively seek out knowledge regarding TaeKwon-Do
- Offer a positive Promotion to the General Public
about the Club
- Be Willing to Train at extra Lessons and attend
National Events
- Observe and Practice the Tenets of TaeKwon-Do
- You Should expect that the Instructors will:
- Offer Comprehensive Training in aspects of TaeKwon-Do
appropriate for your stage of Training and Grading
Syllabus
- Provide Regular Classes in safe, well lit, heated
& ventilated halls
- Utilise Safe, Modern Training Equipment
- Redress immediately, any concerns about the
Club, it’s management or it’s training
- Provide updated information regarding Syllabus,
Techniques
- Maintain a working, dynamic Website
- Observe and Practice the Tenets of TaeKown-Do
Our aim is to provide swift redress, which answers all
of a Students/Parents concerns and allows both parties
to continue with satisfactory resolution.
There are three stages to our Complaints Procedure which
is be followed sequentially:
- Instructor Stage – Contact the Main Instructor
of your class either before or after the class, or
by telephone: 07814 241 543
- Senior Instructor Stage – Contact the Senior
Instructor for the Club directly (Mobile: 07890 168
488 or Email:
sd_tkd@yahoo.co.uk). He will discuss the matter/events
with you, aiming for arbitration. If this fails, or
you are unsatisfied with the redress, then this passes
to the committee Stage.
- Committees Stage – Again Contact the Senior
Instructor, this time by Email only and not by any
other means of Communication. The issue will be discussed
at the next committee meeting (usually within 28 days)
and a written response will be sent to the address
disclosed on your licence form within a further 28
days.
